Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Junior League of Greater Princeton.

Our League is a community of women committed to advancing the well-being of individuals in Mercer and Bucks counties through volunteerism, leadership, and meaningful partnerships. While each of our members arrives with a different story, we share a common belief: that when women lead with purpose, communities grow stronger.

My own journey to the JLGP began during a time when I was searching for a way to grow my management skills while also making meaningful impact in my community. What I found here was more than a volunteer opportunity: it was a place where people are seen for their potential, encouraged to lead, and welcomed without preconditions. That spirit of belonging shapes everything we do.

Within our League, we are equally committed to cultivating an environment where members can grow and learn as leaders. We believe that when our members feel supported and connected, they bring their best selves to the work, and that energy directly benefits the communities we serve.

Whether you are a potential partner exploring collaboration with us or someone considering membership, we hope you will see the JLGP as a place where members are taught skills they can use in a boardroom or in the community, as well as compassion, dignity for others, and joyful service.
