The Junior League of Greater Princeton (JLGP) is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

The JLGP’s Mission centers around the development of women and service to our community. Like our parent organization, the Association of Junior Leagues International, we believe:

• Creating and sustaining a diverse membership is critical to our success.
• Living the value of diversity means we are committed to centering equity, inclusion, and belonging in our individual, organizational, and community relationships.

DEIB Committee and Highlights

The JLGP’s DEIB Committee supports four Pillars to promote DEIB in all aspects of our League, from member communications to recruitment to our work in the community. The four pillars are: awareness, policies, membership, and community.  We are proud of our accomplishments.
